姜芽鸭
【姜芽鸭】材料=5大粒zi 姜去皮切片、一只鸭、蚝油、晒油、碎豆酱、生抽、麻油(全部一大汤匙)。。用热水先把鸭肉过一过水拿上来。。。麻油一大汤匙放进wok里热后,放姜下去炒一炒,再放鸭和其它酱料。。加大概200ml水。。中小火焖1个小时,盖wok时不时打开来翻一翻,需要加水就加水。。。yummy^^
